About your trainer
My athletic background began with BMX riding and years spent training in parkour and freerunning. Those disciplines taught me the value of body control, movement efficiency, balance, coordination, and resilience from an early age.
My passion for health and fitness is also deeply personal. Watching my father live with Parkinson's disease reinforced the importance of taking care of both physical and mental health. It showed me firsthand how movement can impact quality of life and motivated me to learn as much as possible about exercise, performance, and long-term wellness.
Today, I specialize in helping people build practical strength, improve body control, and develop sustainable fitness habits through calisthenics and hybrid training. My goal is not only to help clients look better and perform better, but also to invest in their long-term health so they can continue doing the activities they love for years to come.
